How much does Beanly cost?
Beanly is free to start with 10 one-time Welcome Beans, plus 5 more after verifying your email. When you need more scans, buy a Bean pack in the iPhone app. There is no subscription.
What does one Bean cover?
One Bean covers one personalized coffee-bag scan. Photographing the front alone—or the front and back together—uses at most one Bean. Using your Shelf, Wishlist, ratings, notes, Past Scans, or taste profile does not use Beans.
What happens if a scan fails?
If Beanly’s service fails before completing the analysis, the reserved Bean is returned automatically. If a scan is still processing, let Beanly recover it instead of starting another scan.
Do purchased Beans expire, and what happens when I run out?
Purchased Beans do not expire. Running out only pauses new scans; your Shelf, Wishlist, ratings, notes, Past Scans, and taste profile remain available.
